If a customer neglects to enter the code, we will allow a 24 hour grace period for the consumer to contact Down Home Living via e-mail. We will then cancel the previous order, and submit a new order with the coupon code. For mail-order purchases, customer(s) must manually search and correctly list product wholesale prices on mail order forms, from the supplied Confidential Wholesale Price List. Specialty catalogs for fundraising organizations are only offered in bundle packages. Fundraising organizations must also notify Down Home Living at least 30 days in advance prior to an event. As a measure to prevent fraud so that we may continue to offer the best products, services, and prices that we can, all certified money orders, certified cashier checks, and personal checks must be deposited and clear our financial institution before orders can be processed. A $35.00 Fee will be applied to any returned personal checks. All checks and/or money orders must be made for the exact total amount of purchase. Any attempt to pass fraudulent checks, money orders, or cashier checks will ultimately result in legal actions. This agreement shall be governed by, and construed under Virginia law without regard to conflict of law provisions. You hereby submit to and agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any actions that may arise under or in relation to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in the State of Virginia.

- Shipping & Delivery
- At this time, Down Home Living Products & Gifts ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and Canada. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. Upon receipt and processing of your order, delivery should take no longer than 10 business days depending on your nationwide location. We ship to residential and business addresses only. We DO NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes (PO Box). You may also have your order shipped to a different address, as a gift package, at no extra charge! Just change the "Ship To" address when checking out. To prevent fraud, we do not accept orders to be picked-up or shipped through "private shipping parties or carriers", nor do we accept C.O.D.(Cash On Delivery) orders. Please contact us in regards to any product(s) that *May require additional freight charges or "bulk" purchases, to assess the complete total of purchase, before such purchase is made. Down Home Living cannot cover any additional freight charges that the consumer neglects to research with us. If an order is not received within a reasonable period, or if only a partial order is received, please do the following: Submit all information in relation to your order (Name, address, purchase amount, date of purchase, and invoice number) to Down Home Living via Postal Mail or E-mail. Down Home Living will check whether the order was sent via Parcel Post or UPS. We will then initiate a tracer request. Normally a response is received within 10 working days after the tracer is initiated. Most carriers require a 10 day waiting period before they will accept a tracer request. The U.S. Postal Service requires a 30 day waiting period from the date of shipment before they will accept a tracer. Down Home Living will notify you when we receive the result of the tracer. Results of the tracer are generally the following: 1.)The carrier is unable to prove delivery. Therefore, we may refund your purchase amount, or re-ship your original order, at your request. 2.)The carrier shows the delivery was made. The carrier will submit a photocopy of a delivery receipt which will be forwarded to you. It will show the order was delivered in full, and the signature of the person who received the order, and the date it was delivered. 3.)If after receiving the photocopy, you find the signature is NOT yours, a neighbor's or person living in your household, return the photocopy to us - Down Home Living, P.O. BOX 28358, Richmond, Virginia, 23228. We will then file a denial of signature claim with the carrier. This will require an additional 7-10 working days. Down Home Living will then notify you of the results. 4.)The carrier may have returned the order for the following reasons: A.)UPS made three attempts at delivery, and no-one was home. B.)Your delivery address is a Post Office Box. C.)You have moved and your order was sent to your former address. The package may have been retained by someone who signed for the package at your old address, or the shipment was returned. We will make every attempt to earn customer satisfaction in this process, but we are unable to guarantee ANY order after it has been shipped and not received. Any abuse or attempt to fraud Down Home Living in refunds will result in legal actions.
- Warranties
- A manufacturer 1-year warranty comes with most of our products. If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement. Any item(s) that do(es) not carry a product guarantee or warranty, will be treated as damaged/defective. Any damaged/defective item(s) must be reported to the Customer Support E-Mail Link within 7 days of receiving the order. You must provide invoice number, item(s) damaged/defective, and part number(s). Down Home Living will offer replacement or refund at the consumers request. Only after our authorization, should you return the damaged/defective product(s). Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this policy will be returned and shipping cost will be charged. Any irregularities or repeat reports will be investigated. Any fraudelent report(s) will be dealt with by membership termination and/or service refusal, and possible legal actions.
- Return Policy
- We offer a 30 day, money back guarantee. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), you must contact us via e-mail immediately. Only then, will we authorize return of the product(s) to us. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. We will then refund your amount for the product(s). A 25% restocking fee will be deducted for all returned products. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on printed and digital materials such as catalogs, brochures, or CD's. For order cancellations, Customer Support must be notified within 24 hours of order placement. At that time, we will begin the refund process and cancellation of your shipment. After 24 hours, we cannot halt the shipping process. For defective or damaged products, please refer to Warranties.
